Giving and Living Ecommerce Surgeries and Online retailing Guide

WHAT IS IT?

Giving and Living has teamed up with leading UK ecommerce specialists Sitemakers Ltd to present jargon-free seminars covering topics including: Developing an ecommerce website, multichannel retailing, attracting and keeping online customers, integration with offline systems, the impact of smartphones and a topical session on current trends and best practice. Presented daily with plenty of practical examples, attend and receive a free copy of ‘Practical Tips for Successful Online Retailing’ published by Sitemakers.

WHEN IS IT?

The seminars take place twice daily Sunday - Tuesday in the Seminar Area, which is located next to Cafe Rouge, adjacent to Hall A at 11.15am and at 2.15pm, and then once on Wednesday at 11.15am.

Also, on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at 08.30; Sitemakers will present a 20min breakfast briefing. Hot topics to be discussed include: What does social networking mean to you; Twitter, Facebook, Mobile technology.

Complementing the seminars will be free practical advice in ecommerce surgeries as individual 20 minute sessions and a website appraisal service, providing an objective report on your existing ecommerce website.
